Since childhood he had religious
leanings and generously donated for JOHRI MANDIR, RAM MANDIR,
And many others.But his greastest contribution is for
education. He sold 30 acres of land to D.A.V Committee at a
throw away price and then donated the ENTIRE MONEY to the
committee for building. He adopted Sanyas in 1983. and dies
on 8 MARCH 1993 in a road accident along with his two sons.
But before that he donated 18 acres of land for homeopathic
college. He also gave land for G.D.Senior Secondary School
(Popularly known as PANDIT HETRAM UNIVERSITY) which imparted
quality education with residential facilities to the kids of
abohar and near by villages way back in 1955. his services
in all fields especially in education are really
unmatched.he survived by one son and one daughter
